Items not picked up during the estate sale hours of the associated sale will be FORFEITED with no refund - your authorized payment will be processed. Pre-sale purchases are non-refundable, if you feel you have made a purchase in error please contact customer support at info@estatelove.com with the details of your order as soon as possible. No refund negotiations will be made once the live on-site estate sale has started.
